| Bio: | I am who I am. A child of God, follower of Jesus Christ, a cute single gal with cats and a great roommate/best friend, close with my family, and with friends of all faiths, persuasions, hair color, body size, etc. I don't like to drive, I don't like when people are rude and disrespectful to me or any other human being, I sometimes wish this world were run by women because I don't think we'd be at war over dumb stuff like oil and property lines. It might be equally dumb stuff, sure--but at least it would likely be *different* dumb stuff. But life is what it is, and Heavenly Father put me here and now for a reason. I already know some of those reasons, and I still haven't figured out others. I love to read, and some part of me thinks I might even be able to write something one of these days (there's a vampire romance thumping around in my head, but it's directionless at the moment.). I've always been an artist, and I've finally found something I love to do that allows me to create: I'm a nail artist. And no, I don't just "paint nails." To be really good at this business takes a whole lot more knowledge than you might find at your corner nail shop. Just ask me sometime--I can really get up on a soapbox about it! :D I live in the beautiful Puget Sound area of Washington state, and wouldn't move from here for ANYTHING (although I would like to move up out of the valley and onto the nearest hill--we're right in the foothills of Mt. Rainier. Maybe you've heard of it? It's the next closest volcano to Mt. St. Helen's. Nothing like living dangerously. Heh. Now, as you can see from my journal, I don't post much. I don't post on my flist much, either. But I value each one of them and always read.
